Convenient Parking!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a lovely balcony to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The location is superb for castle visits, and the service was top-notch. However, the dining experience was just okay, and the facilities were lacking in some areas.

The rooms were spacious and had a nice area for a detached working space, which was great not to disturb my sleeping companion. Worth the small extra price for the extra space, especially when traveling with children or in a group.

The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. They even helped me with tickets to the nearby castles!

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from Schloss Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein Castle. It was ideal for exploring the area and enjoying the lake view.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was exceptional, offering views of both Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, some aspects like the room size and dining were not as impressive. The service, however, was top-notch and the facilities were satisfactory. Price-wise, it provided decent value for money.
